I run monthly stress management evenings where I share skills and techniques that help us relieve stress, manage uncomfortable feelings and gain a sense of clarity and calm.
We talk about emotional self-care, how to escape the negative lessons of the past and how to make a great fresh start. These evenings bring together like-minded people. We help each other to become more motivated and confident in our lives.
